In this private art session, your family will collaborate on a large abstract painting — layering colour, movement, and meaning to create something uniquely yours. If you love my art and want to create your own masterpiece with your family (or friends) No experience needed — just curiosity, laughter, and a willingness to get a little messy!
What to Expect:
A 2-hour private guided art session in a relaxed studio setting

All materials provided (canvas, paints, etc.)
Canvas size: 1m x 1.5m
A finished large abstract artwork to take home and treasure
(Please note it will need to be collected or posted out at a later date once it has dried and been stretched ready to hang)
Price includes it to be stretched as one big piece ready to hang or can be made into 2 (approx 60 x 90cm) or 4 (approx 60 x 40cm) for an extra fee. Framing and postage not included but can be added as an extra.
Sessions are best suited for children over the age of 5.

Family Art Session
1. About the Sessions
My Private Family Art Sessions are designed for small groups or families of up to 5 people.
Each session lasts around 2 hours and includes all materials, guidance, and a relaxed, creative atmosphere where you can explore, play, and create freely.Sessions take place at my studio in Norton Fitzwarren unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.
Once payment is received, your session date is secured.If you’d like to arrange instalments or discuss alternative payment options, please contact me before booking.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change from time to time, but the price confirmed at booking will always be honoured.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
I understand that plans can change, and I aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.

More than 7 days’ notice: You’ll receive a full refund or you can reschedule to another available date.

3–7 days’ notice: You can reschedule once at no extra cost or receive a 50% refund.

Less than 72 hours’ notice or no-show: I’m unable to offer a refund, as materials and time will already have been prepared for your group.
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll be offered a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer.
Consumer Rights:
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a full refund if I fail to provide the service as agreed.4. Rescheduling
If you need to move your session, please contact me at info@oohilikethatdesign.com
5. Health & SafetyArt can get messy! Please wear clothes you’re comfortable getting paint on.
I use non-toxic acrylic paints, but if anyone in your group has allergies or sensitivities, please let me know before your session.Children over the age of 5 are very welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
6. Photos & Media
I sometimes take photos or short videos during sessions to share on my website or social media.
If you’d prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, just let me know at the start of the session — I’ll always respect your wishes.7. Your Artwork
Your piece of artwork will need to have time to dry and be stretched. .
We can arrange a convenient collection date or delivery (a postage fee may apply).8. Liability
I do my best to make sure every session is safe and enjoyable.
However, I can’t accept responsibility for:-
Accidental paint on clothing or personal items

Injury or allergic reactions during participation

Loss or damage to personal belongings
You participate at your own risk — but I’ll always provide a safe and supportive environment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.11. Agreement
By booking a Private Family Art Session with me, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants in your group.
